This "reactor core" consists of three social technologies: AI plays the role of a social "Oracle," providing probabilistic guidance; Cryptocurrency constitutes the deterministic law of society; and Social Network acts as the adhesive that combines the first two. He indicated that currently, AI is disrupting media, Crypto is disrupting currency power, Bots are disrupting manufacturing, and drones are disrupting the military.
