[Solana Treasury Loss of Momentum: The Truth Behind MFH's Big Dump of 70%]

Mercurity Fintech (MFH) announced last night that it has reached an equity credit agreement with Solana Ventures for up to $200 million, aiming to build a "Solana Asset Vault". It then announced a targeted issuance of over 12.4 million shares at $3.5 per share and an equal amount of warrants, planning to raise $43.7 million, which triggered panic selling in the market. The stock price once fell to $1.38 during trading, with a maximum drawdown of over 77%.

From a structural perspective, this round of operations is essentially the official fund holding curve of Solana: Ventures uses discounted stock to acquire shares, while MFH uses financing to buy SOL and participate in staking, nodes, or DeFi. However, the problem is that SOL must strengthen to trigger a positive feedback loop; otherwise, it will result in a double whammy.

Currently, the market is more concerned about two points: 1) Continued financing pressure, dilution will continue; 2) MFH's fundamentals lack real blood generation, net loss has not improved, and it is difficult to support the new story of "on-chain treasury" in the short term.

💬Is this company the next beneficiary of a leveraged bull market, or just another unsustainable coin-based bubble? Welcome to discuss.
