Portnoy Law Firm announces a class action lawsuit against MicroStrategy
According to Deep Tide TechFlow news, on July 7, Portnoy Law Firm announced a class action lawsuit against MicroStrategy (NASDAQ: MSTR; STRK; STRF) on behalf of investors who purchased the company's securities from April 30, 2024, to April 4, 2025. The lawsuit alleges that the company exaggerated the expected profitability of its Bitcoin investment strategy and underestimated the related risks.
Previously, it was reported that the well-known law firms Frank R. Cruz and Pomerantz announced a class action lawsuit against MicroStrategy Incorporated (NASDAQ: MSTR), accusing the company of making misleading statements to investors between April 30, 2024, and April 4, 2025.
