Analyst: The 10-year US Treasury will maintain range trading.
According to Mars Finance, interest rate strategists at Société Générale stated in a report that they expect the 10-year U.S. Treasury yield to remain in the range of 4.0%-4.5% over the next few months. They noted, "While we expect the term premium to rise slightly, the rise in long-term yields may be limited, and thus the steepening momentum may weaken." The strategists anticipate that The Federal Reserve (FED) will cut rates twice in the second half of 2025 to address the slowdown in economic growth and employment.
