Jin10 data reported on July 18th that Dongfang Caifu announced that shareholder Shen Yougen plans to transfer 159 million shares of the company, accounting for 1.00% of the company's total share capital. This inquiry transfer will not be conducted through centralized bidding or block trading, and the transferee will be institutional investors with corresponding pricing capability and risk tolerance. The lower limit of the transfer price will not be less than 70% of the average trading price of the company's stock over the 20 trading days prior to (and including) the day of sending the subscription invitation.
